Snickers Chocolate Cake

I love chocolates and Snickers is my all time favorite. This bake is a healthier version of the snickers chocolate, transformed to a cake loaf. The moist cake drizzled with the creamy caramel sauce is sure to cuddle your taste buds. And the roasted peanuts would add that extra crunch and flavor.

Now satisfy your sweet cravings with these guilt free bites. It is made of 100% whole wheat flour. The cake is butter free too. Loaded with the goodness of peanuts, it would be a perfect snack for your little ones too, after school, or for their snack break tiffins.

Instructions
  1. Sieve and mix all the dry ingredients.
  2. Whisk together eggs, sugar, vanilla essence, and oil.
  3. Add dry ingredients and milk alternately in the wet mixture and beat well. For each beat, start and end by adding dry ingredients.
  4. Preheat the oven to 180 degree centigrade. 
  5. Grease a loaf tin and pour the batter.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes, until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  7. For preparing the caramel sauce, melt sugar in a pan, stirring continuously.
  8. Once it melts completely, add in butter and salt and mix well until well combined.
  9. Allow to cool.
  10. Once the cake is prepared, cut it horizontally halfway, and add the caramel sauce and roasted peanuts.
  11. Assemble the cake, and add the sauce and peanuts on top too.
  12. Delicious and healthy 'snickers cake' is ready..!!
