  1. Peel and dice the pumpkin into cubes.
  2. Pressure cook for 3 whistles. Allow to cool down. You may use canned pumpkin too.
  3. Now blend together the cooked pumpkin cubes, frozen bananas, honey and coconut milk well, until smooth. (Add more coconut milk if you want thin consistency)
  4. Top it with coconut slices, flax seeds, melon seeds, black grapes, sliced bananas or anything of your choice.
