These lovely pink drinks are perfect to quench your thirst and get you back on track, more energized.
Now let us see how to make this interesting drink. All you need is a cup of pomegranate seeds, lemon, mint leaves, a small piece of ginger, honey and salt. First, blend together, the pomegranate seeds, lemon juice, salt, honey, ginger and some water. Let it blend really well. Then sieve the blended juice to remove the seeds. Pour them into beautiful serving glasses. Add the lemon slices and mint leaves. If you want, you may add 2-3 mint leaves while blending too. I was doubtful whether my little one would like it, so avoided it. And just before serving, drop as many ice cubes as you want. Serve it really chilled.
