Chocolate Ghee Biscuits without Baking powder/soda

Conscious Foods (Wheat, Brown Rice, Finger Millet, Pearl Millet, Sorghum, Barley, Soyabean)
Beat sugar and egg together until well mixed.
Then add in the ghee and vanilla essence and mix well.
Add the flour and cocoa powder.
Mix well to form a dough. If the dough is too sticky, add in 2-3 tbsp more of the flour.
Freeze for 10 minutes.
After that, take the dough out.
Roll it into a thin sheet.
Cut out shapes using cookie cutter.
Preheat the oven to 180 degree centigrade.
Grease a baking tray.
Place the biscuits on the tray.
Prick with a fork, or if you want jam filling, make a shallow well at the center and fill with jam.
Bake the biscuits for 12 minutes.
Allow to cool completely. Enjoy the crispy chocolate biscuits.
