  1. Soak the china grass in little water for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat the milk and when it boils, add the soaked china grass and mix until dissolved.
  3. Allow to cool.
  4. Take yogurt in a bowl.
  5. Add the honey to this and whisk well.
  6. Once the milk mixture has cooled down, add it to the yogurt and mix.
  7. Now divide this mixture into two halves.
  8. To one part add the vanilla essence and mix well.
  9. To the second half, add the mango puree and mix well.
  10. Refrigerate both the mixtures for 20-30 minutes.
  11. Then take them out and scoop them into moulds, one on top of the other.
  12. Freeze overnight.
  13. Serve chilled!!
