Mango yogurt frozen dessert is a quick and easy dessert. Except for the freezing time, it doesn’t consume much time for preparation. This is a healthy dessert too as honey is used as sweetener as opposed to refined sugar. This mango yogurt dessert recipe requires only six ingredients and the steps involved are simple too.
First soak the china grass in little water for 10 minutes. Then heat the milk and when it boils, add the soaked china grass and mix until dissolved. Allow to cool. Take yogurt in a bowl. And then add the honey to this and whisk well. Once the milk mixture has cooled down, add it to the yogurt and mix. Now divide this mixture into two halves. To one part add the vanilla essence and mix well. To the second half, add the mango puree and mix well. Refrigerate both the mixtures for 20-30 minutes.
Then take them out and scoop them into moulds, one on top of the other. Freeze overnight. Serve chilled!! It just melts in the mouth. Try out this recipe while mangoes are still in season.
