I’m so excited to share the fact that I have done my first guest post ever. And it was for Lubna of the Yummy Food. I am really grateful to Lubna for inviting me to join the event running on her space called – Joy From Fasting To Feasting.
I really love this concept of ‘Joy From Fasting to Feasting’. We all know that Ramamdan is not about feasting, but then, we all do prepare something, whether light snacks or meals, for ifthar. This idea of sharing recipes from different parts of the world is really awesome, and we get to learn new things each day. More over, people get to know what Ramadan actually is and its significance.
So I have prepared and shared a very simple and easy to prepare recipe – Kaai Kumsi or Kaai Pola. It is one of the most popular Ifthar dishes that is prepared in most of the Muslim households in the Malabar Kerala. It is quick, easy and tasty too.
