Here is a very quick and easy vegetable curry that you can serve along with roti or phulkas for dinner. This is a very simple and basic recipe. But tastes too good. Any beginner in cooking can try this recipe like a pro. It is very easy and doesn’t consume much time.
Once you have all the veggies chopped and ready, you could just mix everything up and serve this masaledar gravy. I have used carrots, beans, potatoes and peas to make this curry. However you may omit or add anything as per your taste and availability.
Try making this gravy more thick and richer by adding a little, may be a quarter cup of cashew nut paste or fresh cream. This makes it more appetizing and tastier. Otherwise too, with the everyday ingredients available in the pantry, this dish tastes awesome.
