Ingredients
To cook prawns:

  1. Clean and wash the prawns. Remove the nerve from the back of each prawn while cleaning.
  2. Marinate the cleaned prawns with turmeric powder, red chili powder and salt.
  3. Let it rest for about an hour.
  4. Then boil about 1 and 1/2 cups of water and add the marinated prawns and cook them for 15-20 minutes.
  5. Once done, remove from flame and allow to cool completely.
  6. Next wash and clean the mushrooms and slice them.
  7. Heat oil in a pan.
  8. Add the sliced garlic and saute for a minute.
  9. Then add the sliced mushrooms and saute for 4-5 minutes, until they turn light brown.
  10. Once done, remove from flame and allow to cool completely.
  11. Next blanch the broccoli florets in water with little salt.
  12. Allow to cool completely.
  13. Now in a big bowl, take the prawns, garlic and mushrooms, broccoli, cooked pasta, cucumber, and tomatoes.
  14. Add in the mayonnaise and mix well.
  15. Add salt if required.
  16. Add in the dried rosemary, oregano and chili flakes. Mix well.
  17. Delicious salad is ready.
  18. Refrigerate until use.
