First prepare the chocolate ganache filling.
Take 1 cup grated chocolate in a bowl.
Warm the cream in a sauce pan.
Now slowly pour the warm cream over the grated chocolate.
Let it stand for a minute.
Then mix well to dissolve the chocolate completely.
Keep this ganache aside to be used as filling later.
To make the chocolate spoons, melt 1/2 cup grated chocolate using the double boiler method.
Pour over the spoon moulds.
Once they cool down a bit, allow to set by refrigerating for 1-2 hours.
To prepare the cookie jar dough, sieve the flours and salt together. Keep it aside.
Whisk together sugar and butter until creamy.
To this, add the egg and blend again.
Add in the vanilla essence and mix again.
Now slowly add the flour mixture to this and blend well.
Add in the chocolate chips and give a gentle mix.
Now refrigerate the dough for at least half an hour.
Then take the dough out.
Roll the dough out to the tin moulds.
Roll out the circle shapes too for the lids.
Now place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Now freeze this cookie dough for 10 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 170 degree centigrade.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Once it cools down completely, take them out of the mould carefully.
If not baked completely, bake for another 10 minutes without the moulds.
Once the cookie tins cool down completely, fill them with the prepared chocolate ganache.
Garnish with berries or cherries, and mint leaves.
