Whipped cream or vanilla ice cream
or Graham crackers
For the caramel sauce:
To prepare the caramel sauce: Take sugar in a pan and heat it.
In another pan keep the fresh cream and milk to warm a little.
When the sides of the sugar in the pan begin to change the color to brown, stir slightly, so that the coloring is uniform.
Once all the sugar melts and becomes golden brown in color, remove from flame and add in butter.
Swirl the pan until butter melts.
Next add in the cream too and salt.
Now put the caramel back on flame and cook for another minute and switch the flame off.
Allow to cool completely.
Now blend together the bananas, milk and 2 tbsp of the prepared caramel sauce until it forms smooth and creamy.
Crumble the crackers and keep it aside
Now take two serving glasses.
At the bottom, place a layer of the crumbled crackers.
Add little caramel sauce on top of it.
Next pour the cold banana smoothie over it, till half glass.
Add another layer of the caramel sauce.
Then add another layer of banana smoothie.
Top it with a scoop of ice cream or whipped cream.
Add the crumbled crackers, chopped walnuts and cashew nuts.
And finish it off by drizzling the caramel sauce.
